Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences for children aged 35.
* Assist with planning and preparing activities tailored to the developmental needs of the children.
* Supervise and engage children during playtime and classroom activities.
* Support childrens personal, social, and emotional development.
* Monitor and report on childrens progress and wellbeing.
* Encourage positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with young children is essential.
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (desirable but not essential for the right candidate).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
