Location: Rochford and Southend On Sea Salary: £13,200 per annum Hours: 20 hours part time Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a 3rd part-time field care supervisor to join our team working 20 hours per week with the opportunity to pick up additional hours of care hours paid separately. All we ask is that candidates have previous hands-on experience within home care/On call and hold a Full Driving Licence. Care Supervisor responsibilities include: To carry out Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential customers To carry out introductory visits To ensure all customer visits are always covered. Hold the on-call phone to support the Care Assistants in case of any query and any calls to be covered To provide and facilitate in-field training as and when appropriate To monitor, supervise and mentor all Care Assistants in the field To ensure that all written reports and administration is up to date To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator Being part of a team with 2 other supervisors there is requirement to be part of the on-call rota which is scheduled in advance.
