We have an exciting role on offer within our Environmental Services as a Park and Play Manager.
To be successful in this role you need a Park management qualification.
You will have a responsibility for the towns 30+ play areas and associated green spaces, this will involve working closely with our Parks and Open Spaces teams, Area Care including Fleet Management and our Neighbourhoods teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of line management of both the new Mobile Parks team and the Play Fitter team. They will assist in the development of a town wide play strategy, develop working management plans for each play area and green spaces, be responsible for ensuring that all play areas are regularly inspected, cleaned and maintained to highest standard.
This role requires, capital and revenue budget management and the procurement of new play equipment.
