As the Supply Chain Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless execution across production, procurement, supplier management, and inventory planning. This is a handsâon, fastâmoving role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working crossâfunctionally, and loves optimising processes, while having the autonomy and influence to shape how the business scales its operations across the UK, EU, and USA.
Key Responsibilities
â Oversee procurement activities, ensuring components and finished goods arrive on time, in full, and to required quality standards.
â Own production scheduling, identifying risks early, resolving bottlenecks, and keeping timelines on track.
â Maintain product documentation, certifications, and supplier records in line with regulatory and company requirements.
â Lead communication with suppliers and coâpackers to drive performance improvements around cost, efficiency, and service.
â Manage supplier relationships, monitoring KPIs and recommending improvements.
â Support onboarding of new suppliers and contribute to contract discussions.
â Operate within the ERP system for production planning, stock control, raising POs, and managing BOMs.
â Keep a pulse on industry trends, driving continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
â Work closely with NPD, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless alignment across the product lifecycle.
What skills do you need?
â Experience in production scheduling, supply chain, manufacturing, or FMCG operations.
â Handsâon experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
â Strong understanding of FMCG production processes and compliance requirements.
â Excellent relationshipâbuilding skills with both internal teams and external partners.
â Highly organised, with strong multitasking and project coordination ability.
â Confident problemâsolver who thrives in fastâmoving environments.
â Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
