Do you want to volunteer as a Peer Mentor for a caring organisation that believes in people? Do you want to make a difference? As a Peer Mentor with Change Grow Live you will support staff working with people who use our services; helping the service users get to where they want to be. With this role you will be working as part of the Havering Aspire service based in Romford, Essex. The service supports people with their, or their loved ones drug and alcohol issues. We treat every person as an individual, so flexibility and a non judgemental attitude are essential. We are looking for people who have experienced drug and alcohol issues and have been through treatment services themselves. You will support staff to provide a variety of different activities and interventions for our service users. Full training and supervision will be provided.
