We are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our Product Transfer team. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work towards important deadlines and adapt their priorities to achieve great results. Daily Task Provide timely, accurate and appropriate responses to telephone calls/enquiries and any other correspondence Complete eligibility checks to ensure an application is eligible for a Product Transfer Send letters and emails to clients to inform of their end of product term Assist brokers and chase submission of applications Filling legal documentation, accuracy and attention to detail is key Liaise with other departments within the business throughout the journey of the application Allocate emails and cases to the relevant team member ensuring that work is managed efficiently Reviewing Signed Offers and Direct Debit Mandates Liaise with external Solicitors on Post-Completion enquiries Liaise with borrowers on post-completion enquiries Review and manage internal spreadsheets ensuring data is accurate.
