About the Role
This well-established secondary school is seeking passionate and reliable support staff to help enrich the classroom experience and support students' learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.
As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising lessons using pre-prepared materials.
* Delivering set work and ensuring students stay on task.
* Managing classroom behavior and creating a positive learning environment.
* Supporting students with a range of abilities and needs.
* Upholding and promoting the school’s core values.
