Theyre now looking for a proactive 2nd Line IT Technician to join their in-house technology team. This role goes far beyond traditional support youll play a key part in maintaining a modern Microsoft cloud environment while gaining exposure to infrastructure improvements, security enhancements, and technology projects that directly impact business growth.
This hybrid opportunity is perfect for someone with around two years of support experience who wants to deepen their technical expertise, work with modern platforms, and progress into 3rd Line, Cloud, or Infrastructure roles.
Required Skills:
1. Around 2 years of experience in IT Support or 2nd Line roles
2. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
