Job Scope:
The Service Line Crushing Consumables is a specialized segment that not only supplies customized services and wear-resistant components, but also offers a comprehensive suite of solutions to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and overall productivity of crushing operations throughout the entire product lifecycle
Your responsibilities:
1. Manage the customers and their consumables throughout the product life cycle
2. Assessing customer needs and recommending the most suitable products/solutions
3. Identify and develop new businesses in the region
4. Provides feedback to the business regarding customer needs and market intelligence
5. Maintain opportunities in the CRM system
6. Monitor the industry for updates and changes in the product landscape
7. Be able to perform health checks on customers' sites, review data, and present feedback
8. Work closely with product line, engineering, and sales teams across FLS.
9. Support development of specific marketing documents to place solutions primary benefits
10. Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
11. Ability to support the Proposal department on complex solutions
What you bring:
12. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
13. Good experience within the mining/industrial industry. Specific experience with heavy industrial products and/or systems is a plus.
14. Good experience with consumable products.
15. Mechanical Background, able to read and understand Mechanical drawings
16. Good communication skills, written and spoken.
17. Deep product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniques
18. Capable of communicating complex concepts to customers in simple terms
19. Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel.
20. Must be physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines
