About the Role Reporting to the Director, the Chief Executive Officer will lead the strategic direction, culture, and performance of the organisation, driving sustainable growth and long-term success. This is a pivotal and hands-on leadership role, offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the organisation’s next phase of development.
Key accountabilities include:
1. Leading and developing a high-performing leadership team and positive workplace culture
2. Driving the company’s strategic planning, financial performance, and growth agenda
3. Overseeing national sales strategy and business development across key sectors
4. Managing asset procurement, performance, and investment
5. Supporting and strengthening franchise network performance nationwide
6. Championing a proactive approach to health, safety, and wellbeing
7. Ensuring strong governance, compliance, and stakeholder relationships

We’re looking for someone with:
8. Senior leadership experience as a CEO or General Manager within a commercial, construction, or industrial environment
9. Strength in sales strategy, business growth, and financial management
10. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
11. Proven ability to lead multi-site and/or asset-based operations at pace
12. Sound understanding of New Zealand business, governance, and compliance frameworks
13. A visible commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
