First Option Healthcare are seeking a Care Manager to oversee high-risk mental health care packages requiring crisis intervention. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in managing complex and safeguarding-led cases, including trauma, exploitation, substance misuse, gang affiliation, and individuals at high risk of going missing. You will coordinate care packages, provide oversight and support to staff, and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams MDT including NHS mental health services, social care, safeguarding leads, police, and commissioners to ensure safe, responsive, and person-centred care.
