What You'll Be Doing
You will work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
* Advising corporate clients on their UK property portfolios and occupational requirements
* Supporting investment acquisitions and disposals across a variety of asset classes
* Assisting institutional investor clients with asset management projects
* Handling due diligence and transaction management work
* Working alongside banking teams on real estate finance matters
* Supporting corporate transactions with real estate elements, including domestic and cross-border M&A activity
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to the delivery of exceptional client service
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members and support staff
* Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices and jurisdictions
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* Approximately 3-4 years' PQE in commercial real estate
* Experience gained within a recognised commercial, national or international law firm
* Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial property transactions
* Experience of managing transactions and dealing directly with clients
* Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
* A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
* A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for team working
* Ambition to continue developing your technical expertise and client management skills
