Senior Engineering Leadership Opportunity | Site Engineering Manager | Tioxide, Greatham
Wolviston Management Services is proud to be supporting Tioxide with the recruitment of a Site Engineering Manager for their Greatham manufacturing site.
This is a significant senior leadership opportunity at one of Teesside’s long-established industrial manufacturing sites. Tioxide produces titanium dioxide pigments, used in everyday products including coatings, plastics and inks, and the Greatham site is now entering an important new phase under the ownership of Lomon Billions Group.
The Site Engineering Manager will report directly to the Site Director and form part of the Greatham Senior Leadership Team.
This role will provide senior leadership to the Site Engineering function, ensuring engineering resources, standards, procedures and asset strategies support safe, compliant and reliable site performance.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
* Leading the site engineering function
* Developing and delivering reliability strategy and asset life plans
* Managing maintenance CAPEX and revenue renewal programmes
* Ensuring compliance with UK legislation, COMAH requirements, engineering standards and recognised best practice
* Leading engineering compliance, asset integrity and technical standards
* Managing engineering resources, external specialists, contractors and engineering companies
* Developing and leading a high-performing engineering team
* Supporting safe, reliable and efficient manufacturing operations
We are keen to speak with degree-qualified and Chartered Engineers who bring senior engineering leadership experience within chemical, process, high-hazard manufacturing or Upper Tier COMAH environments.
This opportunity would suit an experienced engineering leader with strong experience in asset integrity, engineering compliance, reliability improvement, maintenance CAPEX, engineering standards and multidisciplinary team leadership.
