The Opportunity..
As a Senior Account Manager, youll join an established Client Services team and take ownership of several exciting key client relationships. Youll be responsible for leading integrated marketing campaigns from briefing through to delivery, acting as the central point of contact between clients and internal specialist teams.
This role would suit an experienced agency Account Manager ready to step up, or an existing Senior Account Manager looking for greater autonomy, responsibility and client exposure.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day management of integrated client accounts.
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
* Develop and implement strategic marketing plans alongside internal specialists.
* Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across creative, digital, media, content and performance disciplines.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
* Monitor campaign performance and present results and recommendations to clients.
* Manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
* Support and mentor junior members of the Client Services team where appropriate.
