Job Description
Teaching Personnel is recruiting a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Chadderton. Hours are 8:30am–3:30pm, supporting pupils with SEN through 1:1 and small group work.
Key Duties
* Support pupils with SEN (1:1 and small groups)
* Assist with personalised learning and IEPs
* Create a safe, inclusive classroom
* Work with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
* Adapt resources to meet pupil needs
Requirements
* GCSEs in English & Maths
* SEN experience
* Patient, adaptable, and team-oriented
* Strong communication skills
* Safeguarding knowledge (Level 2 or willingness to train)
