Hays are working with apany that is currently going through a re-location phase. This role will be based at their Dudley site initially for an April start, with a planned move to their new permanent offices located in Droitwich. This is a maternity cover role for 9 months +.
Your new role
As an Administrator, your duties will include:
1. Answering phone calls and emails
2. Filing and organising documents for new projects
3. Preparing quotes, letters, and project documents
4. Updating quote spreadsheet - Updating to jobs when necessary
5. Preparing health and safety folders for the site
6. Booking amodation for subcontractors
7. Scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
8. Updating social media with jobs to post on Linkedin
9. Taking minutes for meetings
10. Maintaining office supplies
11. Keeping a record of holidays – HR app
12. Support general office administration tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, and document management.
13. Assist with maintaining a professional, organised, and well-functioning office environment at all times.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Administrator with a proven record of having carried out the duties above. Looking for a real team player who will be able to help the business where needed. Proficiency in Microsoft office and general IT literacy is a must.
