Job Requirements
A Full Manual UK Drivers Licence
Experience working as a Residential Support Worker for at least 18 months
A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications. xxuwjjq
The individual must be resilient, nurturing and empathetic towards young people and have a good understanding of therapeutic parenting
Diploma or NVQ Level 3/ 4 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce
