Are you passionate about creating great first impressions and driven by results? Were seeking a proactive and personable New Client Growth Advisor with a strong background in outbound sales and customer service. In this client-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, initiating engagement through calls and emails. Your primary responsibility is to convert new enquiries into bookings while building meaningful relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. Youll work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and attentive experience for each client, from first contact through to sale. This is a target-driven role where each interaction makes a difference. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Deliver a professional and friendly service approach at all times. Ask insightful questions to identify client needs effectively. Exceed client expectations by providing knowledgeable and helpful advice. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of services on offer. Proactively up-sell and cross-sell relevant services. Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction. Handle complaints professionally, aiming to turn them into positive outcomes. Sales Maximise sales opportunities from all inbound and outbound communication. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Participate in ongoing sales campaigns and initiatives. Drive new business through strategic outbound calls and emails. Secure qualified appointments for service and membership offerings. Administration Prepare tailored service proposals in consultation with internal experts. Process bookings and secure payments via phone and email. Ensure accurate and timely updates to the customer database. Identify and communicate internal opportunities for service improvements. Qualifications and Experience Demonstrated success in an outbound phone-based sales role. Ability to self-manage and prioritise a demanding workload. A collaborative team player with high energy, motivation, and a positive attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail. Proficient in administrative tasks and use of IT systems. Business awareness with a mindset focused on growth, innovation, and improvement. This position is a full time, office based role.
