Position: Clean Room Operative
Location: Swindon SN3
Salary: £13.28
Employment Type: Full time PAYE
Shift: 7AM - 3PM moving onto a rotation of shifts after training is completed (Days, Lates and Nights)
About the Role
As a Clean Room Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance of the pharmaceutical manufacturing cleanrooms. Your work will directly support the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products by maintaining sterile and orderly conditions, in strict adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of cleanrooms and equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health & Safety regulations
Complete required documentation to confirm cleaning procedures have been accurately followed and all items are correctly labelled and in the right places.
Monitor and report any issues related to cleanliness, equipment, or facilities
Work as part of a team to ensure continuous compliance and throughout the facilityRequirements:
Previous experience in a similar role in a cleanroom or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment is preferred
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to follow strict procedures and protocols to maintain a sterile environment
Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periodsWhat We Offer:
