The CM will ensure compliance with HSE guidance and CDM regulations, while implementing company SHEQ policies and procedures across the site. Reporting to the Project Manager or, depending on project size, the Operations Manager/Director, the CM will manage site activities, the supply chain, health & safety standards, quality of works, and overall site organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead site operations to deliver the project safely, on time, and to high quality standards. Implement and monitor company SHEQ policies and procedures on site. Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, HSE guidance, and method statements/risk assessments. Conduct and record site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance. Oversee plant, equipment, and materials to ensure correct use and record keeping.
