Your Role in the Brand & Digital Team
This exciting position is part of our Brand & Digital team within the central Group Communications department, focusing on our health and wellbeing brand, Places Leisure. If you're passionate about enhancing customer experiences online and driving visibility through digital campaigns, keep reading!
Key Responsibilities
* Drive SEO performance by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
* Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and implement best practices to boost visibility and organic traffic.
* Analyze website data using GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to enhance user experience and improve conversions.
* Support email marketing efforts, managing segmentation, personalization, and testing to increase engagement.
* Contribute to the CRO roadmap, working with digital, IT, and agency teams to enhance website experience.
* Create KPI dashboards and set up event tracking for performance tracking and reporting.
* Deliver data-led digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria
* Strong understanding of owned channels with proven experience in website management, SEO, and email marketing.
* Advanced knowledge of digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM systems.
* Solid grasp of core digital marketing metrics and optimization techniques.
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across campaigns.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
More About You
You thrive on optimizing user journeys and enhancing visibility through SEO improvements. Comfortable with Content Management Systems (preferably Umbraco), you ensure customers have the best experience on our website. Your experience with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and email marketing platforms will empower you to make data-driven decisions and improve campaign performance.
With a strong attention to detail, you excel in fast-paced environments and may hold a marketing qualification (CIM Certificate preferred but not essential). Your confidence in delivering data-led narratives will help you engage stakeholders effectively.
