This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
The successful applicant will join the Rent Accounting Team, responsible for administering the revenue accounts for the Housing Management service.
This includes operating our Direct Debit scheme and related enquiries, adjusting revenue accounts, raising creditor payments and other related tasks across the relevant income streams.
Additionally, you will be responsible for verifying tenant's details for Universal Credit claims.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, well organised, a flexible team player and a good communicator.
Decent numeracy skills and being comfortable with using varied IT software is essential.
Previous experience in a rent accounting function would be beneficial.
