Where will you be working?
At M Group Energy, we're enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide end-to-end solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering, and home decarbonisation. This role will be within our Metering team, the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, offering efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity, and water meters.
What will you be doing?
As a Customer Accounts Officer, you will liaise with customers to resolve issues with their water supply and account data. You will operate meter reading equipment and attend customers' homes to conduct meter investigations, exchanges, and disconnections as needed. The role requires effective planning and management of your daily workload, proactively managing customer expectations and resolving problems professionally.
This is a 5-month secondment starting on 26th August, working 40 hours per week across postcode areas including BN11, BN12, BN13, BN14, BN15, BN3, BN5, BN41, BN42, BN43, BN44, BN16, BN17, BN18.
