Harmonic is thrilled to partner with an innovative, globally renowned design firm in their search for a Document Controller to join their London team on a 9-month FTC. Known for its ambitious projects and collaborative ethos, this organization cultivates a creative environment that inspires and empowers its people.
With a global footprint of over 1,000 offices across multiple continents, this business is committed to shaping the future of design while upholding its values of inclusivity and diversity. They are looking for an energetic and motivated Document Controller to work on their exciting master-planning project, developed in the Middle East.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding design business to take on a crucial role within a creative and dynamic environment. This role focuses on taking responsibility for all documents related to a specific project. The position is a fixed-term contract of 9 months, offering get excellent exposure to a top, growing design business.
The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a fast-paced, creative business with high enthusiasm and energy for the role and the business.
Key Duties:
* Liaise with multiple departments to ensure documentation meets their requirements
* Maintain and enhance document control systems
* Ensure documents are updated and in line with company policies
* Act as the primary contact for all document-related queries
What the client would like to see (essential):
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a document controller or similar role
* Experience with Aconex
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ambition and high-energy
What we would like to see (desirable):
* Interest in architecture space
* High adaptable to a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and desire to be part of a social and growing team
Salary: Up to 40k
