Job Title: Head of Events and Experiences Level: 2A Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (FTE) per annum dependent on skills and experience Location: Chilcomb House, Winchester (with regular travel to HCT sites) Hours: 30 -37 hours per week (Over 4 or 5 working days including regular evenings and weekends) Type of Contract: Permanent Could you shape the future of events and experiences at Hampshire’s landmark cultural sites? We’re looking for a strategic and creative leader to drive Hampshire Cultural Trust’s events and experiences. This is a senior role with particular focus on Milestones Museum and The Great Hall, where programming and commercial innovation will be central to our growth, alongside the live performance programme across our arts centres and The Arc. A bit about you You’ll have extensive experience creating and delivering large scale public events that delight and engage customers, whether in heritage, cultural, commercial, or live performance settings. You’ll know how to make events memorable while generating significant income and achieving great returns, all without losing sight of cultural, community, and financial goals. A natural leader and collaborator, you’ll know how to motivate teams, manage budgets, and foster a culture of creativity and high performance. You’ll be commercially astute, confident in building programmes that inspire audiences and generate impact, and able to spot new opportunities across visitor attractions, arts centres, and live performance.
