RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE CONSULTANT RECRUITMENT The HR Organisational Change Consultant will be responsible for supporting the management of our organisational change programme. A key focus is to align new organisational design with cultural change, HR policy, and staff engagement, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care and service delivery. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE HR ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE CONSULTANT RECRUITMENT Experience: Significant, demonstrable experience as a Change/Transformation Consultant or Senior HR Business Partner, specifically managing large-scale organisational change within a complex public sector or NHS environment. Trade Union consultation and negotiation experience. Methodology: Strong practical knowledge of change management methodologies and project management principles (e.g. PRINCE2). NHS Context: Detailed understanding of NHS structure, governance, and HR policies (Agenda for Change), including the application of change management in a clinical setting. Communication: Highly developed skills in presenting complex, sensitive, and contentious information to senior management and large staff groups, with proven negotiation and influencing capabilities.
