Job Purpose
Our role is to provide exhibitors with solutions that help them bring their events to life by utilising audio-visual technologies. This ensures that clients use the best presentation products and technologies to help them promote their products and services on their exhibition stand.
Your role is to promote and sell our exhibition services so that exhibitors choose the right technology to promote their services. This will be achieved by assisting with outbound marketing activities that drives traffic to our web shops, helping with the processing of web shop orders and selling directly to exhibitors.
We are growing as a company and have won some exciting new clients recently. That's why we're looking for a bright, motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to provide support to our internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* You will market to exhibitors using Mailchimp
* You will contact prospective clients by email/phone to discuss the AV requirements for their exhibition projects
* You will create quotations for exhibitors, understanding their objectives and identifying the best solution for their needs
* You will receive and process orders directly from clients and from Aztec's web shop
* For some larger events you will go to site to meet clients and assist with coordination of exhibitor orders
* You will utilise Aztec's CRM to provide up to date management information and reports
* You will supervise the exhibitor sales team
About you
Are you a quick learner, interested in technology, and, passionate about providing excellent levels of service? Do you have proven experience in a sales role with some marketing responsibilities? Then this could be the role for you
In addition to the above, in order to be successful with your application, we would expect you to have the following:
* Demonstrable track record of sales achievement and basic commercial skills
* Experience of supervising team members
* Experience of working in a fast-paced office team, contributing ideas and knowledge
* A keen interest in technology and a willingness to learn about new technology that might enhance our clients' experiences
* A creative and inquisitive mind with experience using presentation tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
* A good level of numeracy and excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Very good IT skills including being competent with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

This is predominantly an office-based role where you will be working Monday to Friday from our office at the Business Design Centre, Islington, plus periodic visits to exhibition centres. There is some flexibility regarding working hours.
