As the first point of contact for residents, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, raising repairs, and ensuring smooth communication between residents, engineers, and the repairs team. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for residents via phone, email, and in-person. Handle general enquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and empathetic manner. Efficiently raise repairs and maintenance jobs using internal systems. Liaise closely with the repairs team, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues. Keep residents informed and updated throughout the repairs process.
