About the Client:
A leading executive search and advisory firm, based in the West End. They are looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business.
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity to join a leading talent advisory firm and support the day-to-day running of the office! This is a hands-on, varied role combining office management, executive support, and broader operational involvement. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Office Management
* Act as the first point of contact for the office
* Oversee and improve day-to-day office operations, including managing office access and ensuring security protocols are followed
* Manage office budgets, maintain office systems, and ensure health and safety compliance
Executive Assistant Support
* Provide diary and inbox management for selected SLT members
* Manage expenses
* Assist with report preparation, and correspondence drafting
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Operational Support
* Assist with HR, Marketing and Events activities
* Assist with general operational and administrative tasks
Candidate Specification:
* Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative support role
* Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
* Able to take ownership of tasks, and be the ‘go-to’ person in the office
Additional information:
* There is the option for this role to be full-time or part-time
* Salary up to £50K (pro-rata for part-time)
* West End location
* Fully office-based
