The Role: Provide support within mainstream classrooms, assisting teachers and pupils with daily activities Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need additional support, including those with ALN (Additional Learning Needs) Be adaptable and ready to step into different settings across primary, secondary, and SEN schools What We’re Looking For: Previous classroom or child-related experience (school-based or external) A positive, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education Willingness to work across various schools within the RCT area An interest in SEN is a bonus, especially as some roles may lead to long-term or permanent opportunities Why Join Us?
