Our strength is in providing excellent independent advice, making the whole selection process easy and stress free. We are looking for a retail optical assistant to join our team. If you don't have previous optical experience, not to worry as we can provide you with all the training and support that you need to be successful. All our colleagues have a role to play in making our customers feel special. From a warm welcome, through to help with selecting the right products for their needs, we will look to you to create a personalised experience.

About you
Previous optical experience is not needed to join our retail team, however previous experience in a customer facing environment with a passion for creating a unique customer experience is beneficial.Assisting customers in choosing eyewear, such as glasses and contact lenses, based on their prescription and preferences. They provide guidance on frame styles, lens options, and help with fittings. Additionally, they might handle administrative tasks, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Good communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-oriented approach are important in this role.
Full training will be given.
