The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a forward-thinking client to find a Paid Social Consultant with a performance-driven mindset and platform expertise. This role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer who understands the commercial impact of Paid Social and can translate insights into strategic growth.
The successful candidate will manage performance-led campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Reddit, turning complex data into actionable insights. You’ll lead with data-driven decisions, experiment, and elevate paid media performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Design and manage high-impact Paid Social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Reddit, focusing on performance metrics.
* Use ad tools and analytics platforms for performance audits, growth opportunities, and real-time optimization.
* Provide insights and strategic recommendations through reporting to internal teams and clients.
* Monitor campaign metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPM, and conversions to ensure measurable results.
* Promote a test-and-learn culture with structured A/B testing and rapid creative iteration.
* Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure assets are aligned and optimized for platforms.
* Stay updated on platform changes, algorithms, and new features.
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years managing complex Paid Social campaigns, preferably multi-market.
* Fluency in Meta, TikTok, Reddit; experience with 6sense is a plus.
* Experience with tracking and attribution tools like Google Analytics 360, Campaign Manager 360, and Google Tag Manager 360.
* Knowledge of app campaigns on iOS and Android; familiarity with MMPs and platforms like MobileAction is advantageous.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Google Data Studio.
* Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and current trends.
* Strategic thinking regarding sales funnels and optimization.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and clear reporting abilities.
* Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, with ownership and curiosity in their work.
