Description
* Manage daily processing activities - ensuring that money shown as received on CRM systems agrees with actual monies received.
* Resolving any invoice discrepancies.
* Gift aid - along with the manager, put together and check gift aid claims. Answer internal gift aid queries..
* Control the 24 hour coding system - Working with the Customer Services team; release income batches as appropriate. Reconcile the batches outstanding to the income suspense account
* Maintain the income suspense account reconciliations
* Assisting the Accounting & Finance department with other tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
* Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Offer
* An estimated hourly salary range of £17- £21.
