Partner Support is key to how Compare My Move looks after its B2B partner network, maintains service quality and builds long-term relationships.
We’re looking for a Partner Support Executive who enjoys speaking with business contacts, solving practical problems and helping partners get more value from our services.
This is an outbound-led support role with a commercial edge. You’ll proactively contact existing partners, discuss account activity, follow up on performance and respond to queries when they come in.
If you have experience in customer service, account management, partner support or a B2B support environment, and you enjoy building trust through clear communication and reliable follow-up, we’d love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Proactively contact business partners to provide support, discuss accountupdatesand follow up on performance.
* Identifysuitable cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on partner needs.
* Respond to inbound partner and consumer queries with accuracy and care.
* Support the onboarding of new partners and manage handovers from the New Business team.
* Build strong working relationships with partners across our B2B network.
* MaintainaccurateCRM records and keep account information up to date.
* Monitor partner activity,engagementand service performance.
* Resolve queries efficiently and escalate complex issues where needed.
* Work with New Business, Marketing, PaidMediaand Operations to deliver a joined-up partner experience.
* Share partner feedback and practical ideas to improve service quality and internal processes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Experience in a customer-facing, account management, partner support, B2B support or similar role.
* Confidence making proactive outbound contact with customers, clients,partnersor business contacts.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good organisation and attention to detail.
* Experience working to targets, KPIs or service standards.
* Ability to manage several tasks while keepingaccuraterecords.
* Confidence using CRM systems, digitalrecordsor standard office software.
* A calm, helpful and professional approach to handling queries and challenges.
* Willingness to learn, take feedback and build your service and relationship management skills.
