Job Description Bosch Rexroth Ltd is offering one student the opportunity to work with us at our Cirencester office on a 12 month placement scheme. You would be working within the Technical Services area of our business at Cirencester, supporting and encompassing Technical and Sales support across our factory automation range of technologies. This is a role that will add real value to the Technical Services Department and will have visibility across the UK business. We are therefore looking to appoint an individual who is keen to develop and demonstrate his or her skills and experience and really make the most of this opportunity. Job Description Support in the specification and implementation of Bosch Rexroth Electrical Drive and Control, Linear and Mechanical products to realise customer specific solutions for a wide range of Industrial Applications. Support the complete Technical sales process from first customer contact through to order fulfilment, having direct contact with the customer and sales teams. Support in the management of customer Enquiries, Technical Requests & Orders through a Web based ticketing system. Assist in providing Technical Product and Application Support to new, potential and existing customers as well as internal and external sales teams. Set up, implementation and management of customer specific enquiries within the SAP business system. Support, identification and integration of new and ongoing projects within the company’s Continuous Improvement Program to enable the technical enquiries team to full fill their requirements more effectively.
