Essential Functions:
* Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Light housekeeping and laundry
* Transportation to medical appointments, shopping, and activities
* Medication management
* Periodic assessment
* Companionship
* Light meal preparation
Qualifications:
* CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) certification valid with NJ
* Driver’s License. Experienced Driver with a reliable vehicle. No accidents in the past 5 years or moving violations in 3 years.
* Excellent communication skills
