This is a rare opportunity to join a team handling a varied caseload, with the support and mentorship of a highly experienced Litigation Partner. The firm is open to more senior candidates who can hit the ground running. You’ll be working on: Boundary disputes Company and commercial litigation Debt recovery Inquest representation Judicial review Landlord & tenant disputes Probate disputes Professional negligence claims Property litigation TOLATA claims Although this is a Dispute Resolution role, the practice also handles high-profile work across Family and Criminal Law, meaning occasional crossover work may be available. What the firm is looking for: Proven experience in civil litigation — this is not a role for someone straight from university Confidence in managing a caseload with minimal supervision A motivated and ambitious attitude Strong advocacy and communication skills A professional manner when dealing with clients and third parties, including confidently handling debt recovery calls Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Good IT and case management system competence What’s on offer?
