Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at St Michael's Manor Hotel located in St Albans. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including service execution, customer service, staff training, and budgeting. Daily tasks will involve managing the restaurant, coordinating with the kitchen, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards. The manager will also be responsible for organising events and ensuring overall profitability.
Qualifications
* Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
* Strong Customer Service skills
* Proficiency in Training and developing staff
* Experience in a boutique hotel or similar
* Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
* Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field are beneficial
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
