In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage a Reservations Assistant, drive occupancy and revenue, and deliver a standout customer journey. Your Responsibilities:
* Own the full sales cycle – from enquiry to signed tenancy
* Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic planning and hands-on delivery
* Lead viewings and deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Build strong partnerships with local agents, the University, and international networks
* Coach and support onsite teams to boost performance and rebookings
Your Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in PBSA, property, or hospitality
* A confident communicator with strong commercial instincts
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* CRM-savvy and data-led in decision-making
