Pay Comments: £38.46 per hour PAYE (£80K p/a pro rata)

Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to ead cross-functional programmes that deliver measurable business outcomes, streamline internal processes, and drive efficiency across teams.
This is a hands-on role that involves close collaboration with engineering, go-to-market, and operations teams, as well as ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
* Manage the full programme lifecycle – from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to track progress, identify risks, and drive improvements.
* Develop clear project plans with defined scope, milestones, and timelines.
* Oversee change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and manage communications effectively.
* Collect and analyse programme data to maintain accurate trackers and performance reports.
* Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimise processes and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
* 4–5 years’ experience in programme or project management (ideally in a technical or cross-functional setting).
* Strong background in programme governance, planning, and delivery.
* Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and levels.
* Experience in change management and driving operational efficiency.
* Competence in SQL for data management and reporting.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
