What You'll Do
* Run your station with passion, precision and consistency
* Own starters, sides or larder prep, service and close down
* Keep food safety, sustainability and waste-minimisation front of mind
* Work together with kitchen and front-of-house to ensure seamless services
* Dive into training, tastings, supplier visits and masterclasses
Who You Are
* You've got experience as a Chef de Partie working with fresh food
* You love people as much as cooking and have a passion for serving amazing dishes
* You thrive under pressure, stay organised and keep calm when it gets busy
