Position: A-Level Chemistry Teacher/Tutor Year Group: Year 12 (with potential Year 13 support) Days Required: 3 days per week (flexible) Pay Rate: £170-£190 per day Start Date: As soon as possible Location: Enfield Overview We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic A-Level Chemistry teacher to provide high-quality tuition to Year 12 students. This is a part-time role with flexibility around the exact days worked. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with A-Level exam board expectations and be confident delivering challenging content. Key Responsibilities Deliver well-structured and engaging A-Level Chemistry lessons. Prepare students for internal assessments and external exams. Track progress and provide targeted intervention where required. Contribute to curriculum planning and department collaboration. Support students with practical skills, exam technique, and complex concepts. Requirements QTS or equivalent qualification. Experience teaching A-Level Chemistry in UK settings. Strong understanding of exam specifications (AQA, Edexcel, OCR etc.). Ability to motivate and challenge high-achieving learners.
