Job Title: Transport Operator Location: Northampton (NN7 4DE) Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £29,536.38 We are looking for a talented Transport Operator to join our dedicated team on a full time, permanent basis at our Northampton site. The working schedule is predominantly Monday to Friday, 05:00–13:00, with one Saturday in every five required as part of the rota. Role Purpose To ensure the smooth and efficient daily movement of goods through our logistics hub. The Transport Operator plays a central role in coordinating fleet activity, supporting drivers, and delivering excellent customer service. This position is key to maintaining compliance, strengthening client relationships, and keeping our supply chain running reliably for household name clients within the consumable electronics sector (white goods).
