FP&A Marketing Finance Business Partner
Location: Market Drayton / Hybrid – 3 days per week on site.
Contract: Full‑Time, Permanent.
Hours: Monday‑Friday (40 hours).

This role is a key partnership on the combined Yogurt & Desserts business unit, supporting the Marketing team with day‑to‑day financial and commercial decision support.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the controlling month‑end process, including day‑4 month‑end review meetings and timetable management.
* Facilitate bridging analysis to explain profit results versus forecast, budget and prior year, and produce the day‑6 month and reporting pack.
* Partner with key brand teams across all Yogurt & Desserts brands, managing brand P&L, contributing to the PEP process, participating in monthly brand review meetings, handling day‑to‑day queries, and delivering ad‑hoc reporting and analysis.
* Manage the financial input to the Clarity system, ensuring alignment with financial plans and completing post‑launch reviews.
* Provide support and challenge to the Marketing team on marketing budgets, owning the quarterly forecast process and financial input into brand review cycles (month‑to‑date, year‑to‑date and full‑year forecasts).
* Support the annual budget and mid‑term 3‑year planning processes, developing and managing timetables, performing financial analysis on branded business and preparing standard group financial charts and presentations for both branded and private label businesses.
* Deliver profitability reporting to the Group for the total Y&D BU, including day‑8 scorecards, supplementary schedules, weekly volume reporting and acting as first point of contact for ad‑hoc queries.
* Support the Marketing Investment budget through pre‑evaluation of investment decisions, freeze‑pot management, quarterly forecasting and budget planning.
* Coordinate the monthly BOP financial forecast, producing P&Ls for both branded and private label businesses and evaluating constrained demand plans to highlight gaps to targets.
Qualifications
* Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred).
* Graduate level (minimum 2:1 in a business discipline).
Essential Specialist/Technical Skills
* Accurate and pragmatic judgement of materiality in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
* Decision support and challenge to commercial teams.
* Structured approach to managing priorities across multiple projects and time horizons.
* Holistic view across the commercial sphere to prevent conflicting actions.
* Previous commercial finance experience in a decision‑support role.
Desirable Specialist/Technical Skills
* Experience in financial planning and reporting.
* Competency in SAP (CO‑PA).
* Experience working within an FMCG environment.
