Quantity Surveyor – Major Infrastructure Projects
Bacton, Norfolk
We are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a major infrastructure business delivering essential construction and utilities projects in the Bacton area.
This role will focus on the commercial management of large-scale projects, supporting Project Managers with contract administration, cost control, forecasting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing NEC contracts and commercial project activities
* Supporting cost forecasting, reporting, and financial control
* Assisting with tender evaluations and contract negotiations
* Supporting risk management and dispute resolution activities
* Working closely with project teams to improve commercial performance
Requirements:
* Experience in a construction-based Quantity Surveyor role
* Experience on major construction or utilities projects
* Strong commercial and contract management skills
* Full UK driving licence
