Customer Service Officer Do you have great customer service skills? Are you looking to work in a busy team environment? If so, NSL have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Service team, responsible for providing an essential interface with the local Council, Stakeholders and public. What you’ll be doing Supporting the Customer Service Supervisor in the implementation and maintenance of quality systems ensuring that best practice is identified and disseminated throughout the operation Responsible for the processing, maintaining and updating of all calls, permits and notices Ensuring customer enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently Dealing with public enquiries and complaints in verbal and written form Advising the public on payment/appeal methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
