At Ambitious about Autism, we're currently looking for a Community Fundraising Manager to join our Fundraising team.
You will be the driving force behind the growth and success of this important income stream. Your role will involve inspiring communities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of autistic children and young people. You should have proven experience in exceptional relationship management and be able to think creatively to motivate community groups, schools, individuals, and local businesses.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing community fundraising strategies, and identifying, approaching, and cultivating relationships with community groups, schools, local businesses, and individuals. Community Fundraising will play a key role in delivering Ambitious about Autism's wider Fundraising Strategy. We seek a passionate self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills, excited about shaping the future of Community Fundraising at our organization.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience in building and growing Community Fundraising income
* Experience in developing and delivering fundraising strategies
* Experience in planning and implementing successful Community Fundraising programmes, including setting and meeting financial and supporter cultivation targets
* Excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills
