Job Title: Administrator / Document Controller (Infrastructure Project)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a major infrastructure programme for an experienced Administrator / Document Controller to support a high-performing project team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a complex, large-scale build where you will play a key role in supporting commercial activities and ensuring robust document control processes are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Commercial Team and Document Control to ensure smooth project delivery
Managing and coordinating documentation across multiple workstreams
Producing and maintaining complex Excel-based schedules and trackers
Uploading, tracking, and maintaining project documentation via Aconex
Supporting subcontractor package administration, particularly for steelwork, cladding, and building envelope
Assisting with upstream (upline) change management processes for relevant work packages
Supporting commercial reporting, forecasting, and general contract administration activities
Key Requirements:
Significant experience working within a contractor environment (not client-side)
Experience supporting subcontract management, ideally within steelwork, cladding, and building envelope packages
Strong technical awareness of the above disciplines
Advanced Excel skills, xsngvjr with the ability to manage complex data and schedules
Proven experience using document control systems such as Aconex
Working knowledge of NEC contracts and associated processes
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
