SEN Primary Teacher – Virginia Water | Immediate Start Available A welcoming and well-established SEN primary school in Virginia Water is seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join their team on a full-time basis as soon as possible. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm This specialist setting supports approximately 60 pupils across six classes, providing tailored education for children with EHCPs relating to autism and communication and interaction needs. The school is known for its nurturing environment, collaborative approach, and excellent classroom support. The Role Teaching pupils across Years 3 to 6 Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP outcomes Supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and communication needs Working closely with a Senior Teaching Assistant and experienced support staff Creating a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive Requirements QTS is desirable Candidates without QTS will be considered if they have substantial SEN teaching experience Previous experience supporting pupils with autism and social communication difficulties Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet a range of learning needs Positive, patient, and consistent approach to supporting children Why Join This School?
