Requirements
As a member of the Trillium UK IT Service Desk, this position is responsible for the following areas of IT administration: end user maintenance, desktop, laptop and server systems, printers and office systems.
This role may be eligible for hybrid working, in line with company policy and on agreement with line management.

Objectives & Measurement
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:
* Provide 1st line Help Desk support for 385 UK users & assist 3rd party in Korea with supporting a further 60 users
* Office based role, mainly based at East Kilbride with onsite visits to Alloa when required
* Register Change Requests and Trouble Tickets on Help Desk system
* Purchasing of IT peripherals
* Supports desktop hardware, software and applications
* Management of the printer system spread across 3 UK sites
* Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources using Microsoft MDT
* Provide infrastructure support as required, operating within agreed service levels
* Opportunity to take part in project work related to modernisation of Trillium systems
Measurements:
* To provide support and expertise in ensuring IT systems are maintained and available to the Business within agreed Service Level Agreements.
* The successful management of user issues, support of existing applications and the optimum use of skills to meet Business needs. All work carried out done to the extent to which Trillium are satisfied with performance.
Education/Experience: Must be educated to degree level in an IT related discipline.
Product Knowledge: Technically competent, analytical and a good awareness of recent developments/trends in IT.
Communication Skills: Good customer care and telephone skills plus ability to communicate in a clear and concise way with users.
Computer Skills: Needs to be familiar with standard Microsoft applications and general IT infrastructure.
Reasoning Ability: Good interpersonal and report writing skills and must be able to prioritise issues in a timely manner. Resourceful, resilient and take ownership/responsibility for user issues and be able to show a high level of commitment.
